Every successful business needs a talented Project Manager, and Thomas Earley has been providing DGtal-Mind and their clients with targeted business strategies over 3 years. Thomas Earley is well acquainted with DGtal-Mind needs as well as DGtal-Mind’s clients, which lead to smooth business negotiations and better indications on contracts. Thomas Earley started working with DGtal-Mind since 2017, and is responsible for budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of a given project throughout the project life-cycle.

Prior to joining DGtal-Mind, Thomas Earley has acquired 28+ years working in IT as Project Manager and IT Analyst throughout various industries including Banking / Finance / Insurance, telecommunications, Education, Local & Central Government, NHS to mention just a few. He managed numerous projects such as New office openings, Office relocations, Desktop Refresh, office/email, system upgrades, evaluations / Tenders and implementations roles at  Croydon University Hospital, South East CSU,  BTP, Berkeley Homes, Sony, Mott Mac Donald, Croydon Council and KCL.

Whilst at Bank of England one of Thomas Earley’s projects was a pilot study of evaluating & testing High-performance computing. At both Pepper & MWB, Thomas Earley served as their Systems Administrator, during this time he performed several Infrastructure projects including upgrading and implementing their Infrastructure in addition to performing daily support.

Additionally, at Merton Thomas Earley lead a tender for a new Procurement System, plus implemented the system and trained the staff. Also at Richmond, he managed their children’s CRM database and regularly developed management reports and maintained the database.

At Westminster College, Thomas Earley worked as an IT Lecturer including students with special educational needs, which gave him the opportunity to pass on his knowledge and experience to the students. Additionally, Thomas Earley was able to set up and run some community workshop training, courses outside of the college.

Thomas Earley is both Prince 2 and ITIL certified, plus he has been previously Security Cleared to SC Level and CRB/ DBS and Disclosure Scotland checked numerous times.
